Polk Portal now restored

The Polk Portal’s functionality has been restored. Students should be able to access the Portal for all fall 2024 registration, financial aid, and payment functions.

The Polk Portal, the College’s one-stop shop for Student Services and Financial Services, is temporarily unavailable. This outage affects the following functions for fall 2024:

  • Registration and payments for fall 2024 classes
  • Checking financial aid for fall 2024

The College is working diligently to resolve the issue.

This does not affect access to polk.edu email, Canvas, or Passport, where students can still:

  • Complete a free application to Polk State College
  • Request transcripts
  • Review degree audits
  • Check summer 2024 term information

The College will post updates on polk.edu and its social media accounts.
