Polk State closed June 19 in observance of Juneteenth
Polk State College will be closed on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, in observance of Juneteenth. The College will reopen on Thursday, June 20.
It is important to note that registration for the Fall 2024 Semester will begin on Tuesday, June 25, with priority registration. Open registration will start on July 1. Students are encouraged to communicate with their advisors to plan their fall schedules before registration opens. Students can connect with advisors via:

- Campus in Winter Haven, Lakeland, or Lake Wales Mondays through Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (except on Wednesday, June 19) and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
