Polk State College phone lines restored

UPDATE 1/29 @ 4:30 P.M. Polk State College’s main phone lines have been restored after a temporary outage Monday afternoon.

ORIGINAL POST 1/29 @ 3:01 P.M. Polk State College’s main phone lines are down Monday afternoon. Calls to 863.297.1000 and 863.297.1010 are not being received.  The College’s IT team is working diligently to restore phone operations. Students seeking assistance can utilize email and the web chat located in the bottom left corner of polk.edu.

Students who need advising assistance should email onlineadvisinga@polk.edu (for students with last names beginning A-M) or onlineadvisingz@polk.edu (for students with last names beginning N-Z).

Students who need assistance with admissions should email admissionsa@polk.edu (for students with last names beginning A-M) or admissionsz@polk.edu (for students with last names beginning N-Z).
