Polk State to move from Passport to Polk Portal, where students will register for classes starting June 3

Posted on by Polk Newsroom

Polk State College is preparing for the implementation of its new Enterprise Resource Planning system, which is simply a fancy way of saying that students will no longer use Passport for registration and financial services; starting on June 3, students will use Polk Portal.

It is important for students to note that the course schedule, which is traditionally viewable in Passport one to two weeks prior to registration, will not be available in Passport for the Fall 2024 Semester in advance of June 3 due to the transition. Students are encouraged to meet with their advisors in advance of June 3 to discuss their degree audits and plan for fall registration.

On June 3, priority registration for the Fall 2024 Semester will start for students who have completed at least 50% of their program requirements. Open registration will start on June 10.

Students are highly encouraged to monitor their my.polk.edu emails, polk.edu, and social media for information about accessing and navigating the Polk Portal.
