Sarasota Herald-Tribune Lauds Community Colleges

After President Barack Obama’s State of the Union message, in which he said community colleges can become community career centers, the newspaper published a piece spotlighting State College of Florida’s training partnerships with employers. Polk State is mentioned for its role in an Engineering, Technology and Advanced Manufacturing grant project.
